When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed by email. If your order is placed by 4:00 PM PST, then your order will ship out the same day, same-day shipping excluded on weekends. Otherwise, your order will ship out the following business day. In the rare event, we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged if we are out of stock. To check the status of your order, click on the "MY ACCOUNT" link on the top or bottom of this page. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After your order has shipped, a tracking email will be automatically sent to the email on the order to showcase that the package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS for delivery. All delivery transit times are estimated and times can vary depending on the carrier.

Note: During a busy holiday season, processing can take up to 24 business hours. Our team works very hard every day to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible, so we greatly appreciate your patience during our busy times. We process orders from 9:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S Federal Holidays.

  • APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.

When will my order be delivered?

The Priority delivery times shown in the previous table reflect the business days the order spends in actual transit from our fulfillment center to the delivery address - order processing time is not included.

Additionally, the order processing time for Priority delivery orders may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as The 4'th of July or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. If you have questions concerning when your Priority order will be shipped from our fulfillment center, please contact us.

Due to the high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of The Midnight Puff Club and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly in the contact information provided below. We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most of the States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

We currently do not ship internationally.

We are unable to ship any orders to Oregon, Utah, Maine, South Dakota, Vermont, and Arkansas as required by State law, also cities: San Francisco and Anchorage.

It is not permitted to ship any type of flavored e-liquid products to the customers located in the States of Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Chicago, Washington DC.

E-Liquids ordered through the website will be automatically removed from the final order, while other items will process and ship as usual. However, we are currently in the process of receiving the approval to ship mint, menthol, and tobacco flavored e-liquids.

Please bear with us! The Midnight Puff Club is actively pursuing a resolution of recent e-liquid bans and regulations that are negatively impacting the industry. We hope that we can process and ship your favorite products in the near future.

Note: On certain occasions, we will be required to ship to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be canceled without notice. Additionally, these orders will be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package).

Tracking Your Order

If you are a registered member and you were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order from your account page.

Once an online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. Depending on the shipping method, the shipping confirmation may provide a tracking link directly to the carrier’s website.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office. There are no updates in between, and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please take your time to review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier, and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of The Midnight Puff Club, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. The Midnight Puff Club strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. The Midnight Puff Club is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

Note: Any packages that are undeliverable by USPS and are sent back to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, the shipping costs and fees associated with these packages will not be refunded. You will only be refunded the purchase prices of the products and any tax paid on the order minus a 15% restocking fee if determined that it should be applied to your order.

Why Does My Order Require An Adult's Signature At Delivery?

In accordance with the congressional amendment to the PACT Act, all shipping deliveries on will require Adult Signature service starting March 27, 2021. Adult Signature service fee will be automatically added to all orders.

An adult (21 years of age or older) is required to provide a valid government-issued ID to the delivery employee and sign for the package.

If it's more convenient for you, we're able to ship your order to a business address of your choice.

To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend customers follow Tracking information closely. If you already missed a delivery attempt, make sure to follow the instructions on the door tag, if applicable, or any tracking indicators to ensure your delivery is made on the next attempt.

This delivery service incurs an additional charge of $7 per order, which will be reflected at the time of checkout.
